II. Core Functions and Advantages

1. Intelligent automatic switching : Built-in high-precision power monitoring module to detect the voltage and frequency status of the main power supply in real time. When an abnormality (power failure, overvoltage, undervoltage) is detected, the switching mechanism is triggered in ≤0.1 seconds to automatically connect the backup power supply. After the main power supply returns to normal, it automatically switches back to the main power supply after a delay of 3-10 seconds to avoid frequent switching that could damage the equipment.
   
   
2. Manual/Automatic Dual Mode : Supports automatic mode (normal default) and manual mode (emergency or debugging). In manual mode, power can be switched via panel knob or remote control button to meet the needs of different scenarios and provide dual protection for power supply continuity.
   
   
3. Safety protection design : It has phase sequence detection, overcurrent protection, and short circuit isolation functions to strictly eliminate the safety hazards of two power sources being connected at the same time; all live parts are insulated and encapsulated, the wiring terminals are designed to prevent accidental contact, and it is equipped with 'Do Not Close' warning signs and padlock function to ensure safe installation and maintenance.
   
   
4. Compact and easy to install : It adopts 35mm standard rail mounting, is compatible with PZ30 distribution box, and has a small size that does not take up extra space; the wiring terminals support φ0.4-2.5mm wires and use a press-type fixing method, which improves installation efficiency by 50% and can be operated without professional tools during maintenance.
   
   
5. Long life and high reliability : The core conversion mechanism uses silver alloy contacts, which are resistant to arc corrosion and have a mechanical life of ≥10,000 cycles and an electrical life of ≥5,000 cycles; the outer shell is made of flame-retardant ABS material, which is resistant to high temperature and aging, and can adapt to the complex electrical environment of the home.
