This shunt is a new-type DC shunt designed by our company to meet market needs. It adopts one-piece welding or high-frequency welding of copper and manganin alloy, with a high-temperature resistant flame-retardant housing. The housing not only facilitates installation but also reduces external magnetic field interference, ensuring measurement accuracy and stability. It can completely replace all 10A to 750A shunt products on the market.
This fixed-value shunt is of 0.5 class with a rated voltage drop of 75mV, used in DC circuits. It matches with a 75mV-range magnetoelectric millivoltmeter to expand the current measurement range of the instrument.
This shunt is suitable for measuring DC current below 10 kA, used in conjunction with analog display instruments to expand the DC current measurement range. It can be regarded as an external shunt or a standard resistor for current sampling in the primary circuit, where the sampling voltage serves as an analog signal of the primary current for measurement.
